Reinfried Herbst's visit at Tecnica Group Headquarter
Reinfried Herbst, one of the most competitive athlete in WC in the last seasons ( he won the Slalom WC in 2009/10) met Tecnica team during his visit in Giavera Headquarter.The Slalom specialist was warmly welcomed by Giancarlo and Alberto Zanatta, President and CEO of Tecnica Group.Reinfried visited the Race department to meet all the involved and responsible staff members. The TECNICA-BLIZZARD athlete was taken to a very interesting tour through the TECNICAfacilities in Giavera. Claudio Zampieri, R&D Director, showed to the racer how ski boot moulds are made. Further in the tour Reinfried could assure himself about the incredible effortsthat are done in research, development and production of high performance TECNICA ski boots. Measurements, refrigerator analyses,long time fatigue tests, monitoring gridsconvinced the slalom star arrestingly. Reini was deeply impressed by the highly professional work that is done and even more about the huge investments that are made to get best performing products.Later, in a very motivated discussion Reinfried got a very interesting insight into very committed and engaged new projects.The visit went on with lunch in the Tecnica Restaurant, where Reinfried got the latestTECNICA trail – running shoes and some more presents.Various colleagues had the chance to meet and greet Reinfried, to have short talks with him and to get autographs.
